RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thanks for shopping at www.sterlingtissue.com, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The products are only eligible for refunds if they reach you in a damaged condition or if the wrong products are delivered to you. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Sterling Hygiene Tissue upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
RETURNS
Due to safety and personal hygiene concerns, we do not issue Returns. In case of concerns regarding product quality, the customer may either opt for a free replacement or a refund of the damaged product(s). Please refer to our Refund/Replacement Policy.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Refunds & Replacements are deemed valid only for products that have been damaged/lost in transit or are of sub-par quality, shape or form. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an emailed invoice and/or the Order ID for our reference, along with proof of damage/concern via images (where applicable). Once we receive all information, we will inspect the same internally and notify you of the status of your refund/ replacement. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. In case of replacements, the products shall be shipped within 2-3 business days.
